Nothing in this online site should be construed as a legal contract or agreement. Simply stated, you are saying “I’d like to buy these things if possible”. We are saying “We would probably like to sell them to you”. However, the following factors could negatively impact on such a transaction taking place:

• One or more items could be out of stock. Please advise us if part of your order depends upon the availability of one or more other items.
• We may have technical difficulties receiving or processing your order. Should this arise, please ensure that we have correct contact information in case we need to get in touch. Should we be unable to contact you in these circumstances, your order may be cancelled.
• Your payment might not be honoured. We reserve the right to take all legal steps to recover monies owed and the expenses incurred in doing so.
• We could make a mistake – we are human! You must contact us and allow us a reasonable opportunity to rectify such mistakes before cancelling credit /debit card payments.

PAYPAL E-Checks - "If you pay via an E-Check through Paypal, your goods will not be dispatched to you until your E-Check has cleared. This is usually between 7-9 days after your E-Check has been received."
