To make it easy for you (and to save us lots of typing each month!!) we thought we would list all of the information concerning Monthly Crops in one place.

Q - When is the crop held?

A- Crops are held on the 2nd Friday of each month starting on 11th April 2008.  From January 2009, the crop has a new start time of 7.00pm and will finish at 11.00pm, however we will be there half an hour either side of this to set up and pack away.  Check out our calendar for the next dates, as occassionally we have to use the 3rd Friday of the month due to circumstances beyond our control.

Q - Where is the crop held?

A - Brampton Memorial Centre, Memorial Playing Fields, Thrapston Road, Brampton, Huntingdon, Cambs, PE28 4TB.  The centre is about a 10 minute drive from Huntingdon Town Centre and about 5 minutes from the A1/A14 Brampton Hut Roundabout / Brampton Racecourse.

Q - Will there be adequate parking facilities?

A - Yes.  The Memorial Centre has parking for approximately 41 cars in a well-lit car park.

Q - How much is the Crop?

A - From January 2009, the cost is £5.00 for the 4 hour crop to cover the cost of the hall.  For this you will get your own crop table, and refreshments.

Q - Do I need to pre-book?

A - Yes, we require pre-bookings to ensure that we have enough space for everyone to be comfortable!  You can pre-book via the "Crop" section of the website and pay by credit/debit card via Paypal (you do not need to have a paypal account for this).  If however, you have not pre-booked, please phone us on 07954 275297 to check if there are any spaces available

Q - Will I be able to purchase products at the crop?

A - Yes.  We will bring as much stock as we can and will be offering a 10% discount off all purchases on the night.  However, as it will not be possible for us to bring all of our stock to the crop, we will be offering a Pre-Order service the week before the crop, which can be collected on the night.  When you Pre-Book your space for the crop, we will e-mail you a code to use which will entitle you to 10% off items and we will bring your order to you. (Please note that the 10% discount does not apply to items already discounted or on special offer)

Q - How can I pay for purchases I make on the day?

A - At present, we are only able to accept payment by cash or cheque on the evening of the crop.  However, any Pre-Order purchases made via the web can be paid for by credit/debit card via Paypal.

Q - Will there be classes / kits available?

A - At present, we will not be holding classes or preparing page kits, this is something we will look into for future crops.  We aim to offer a friendly, relaxed atmosphere for you to work on your own projects without the distractions at home.  Therefore, please bring your own projects to work on whether these are scrapbooking pages, mini-books, cards, altered art - anything you fancy! 

Q - Will there be any equipment to use?

A - Yes.  There will be a Cricut machine available to use with a selection of cartridges.  We will have a small selection of trimmers and craft knives available.  We will also be bringing some inspirational books and ideas to get your creative juices flowing!
