Delivery & Returns

Our postage costs are a flat rate of £2.90 to any Mainland UK or Northern Ireland address.
For European and International shipping, please contact us for as quote as we endeavour to calculate the actual postage due dependant on the goods ordered.

In most instances your order will be dispatched within 48 hours of your order being placed, and payment received. Please note that we are closed at weekends, so orders placed during a weekend will usually be sent on the Monday. Should there be any circumstances out of our control that could affect your delivery (eg a Postal Strike), we will contact you accordingly.

Whilst we endeavour to keep the online store as up-to-date as possible, there may be items that are out of stock when we receive your order. We do not operate a back order facility at present. Should an item be out of stock when you order, it will be necessary for you to reorder it at a later date. If there is a specific item that you would like to purchase that is not in stock, please e-mail us at enquiries@3jollyscrappers.com and we will notify you when we are able to restock it.

All deliveries are sent out in perfect condition in packaging that adequately protects the products ordered. We are unable to accept liability for items damaged in transit. Should you receive a delivery from us that is damaged, it would be useful for you to photograph the damaged packaging before opening it. If appropriate a claim for compensation would need to be submitted to Royal Mail.

We hope that you will be completely satisfied with your purchase. Goods that are faulty or not as described can be returned to us within 14 days of receipt. Please contact us for a Return Authorisation number and we will issue you with a Returns Form that must accompany the goods being returned in order for us to arrange a refund. We do not accept liability for returned items despatched to us, but not received, or returned items being damaged in transit. We recommend that you obtain proof of posting. Please do not return an item without contacting us first. Images of product on our website are for guidance only. Colour may vary when viewing the item on different monitors. You may return the product for a refund provided it is unopened and in its original packaging. In these circumstances we will not be responsible for postage costs.

PRICES We are not a VAT registered company, therefore our prices are not inclusive of UK Value Added Tax. For this reason, we are unable to provide VAT receipts.
